Paddington Street Terrace
The Paddington Terrace is a four storey residence located in Sydney, New South Wales that has been transformed into a modern and sophisticated residence.

Strict heritage restrictions and a narrow interior space encouraged careful spatial planning to maximise available space with the contemporary interiors beautifully complimenting the terrace's traditional exterior.

The terrace features three spacious bedrooms with a full floor occupied by the luxurious master suite including walk-in-robe and ensuite. There are two whole floors designated for the sole purpose of entertaining with the basement level featuring a rumpus room that opens up to the rear courtyard and is equipped with a home bar and kitchen. The residence also includes two balconies, two additional bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space on the ground floor.

The design features an abundance of cleverly designed, concealed joinery in all three bedrooms, two living spaces and kitchen giving the client's maximum storage. A sleek and contemporary 'floating' staircase joins all the floors, featuring a curved steel railing, powder coated in Dulux's eucalypt finish. Finally, a skylight has been fitted in the loft floor to allow sunlight to penetrate into the master suite's bathroom.
