The Mnemosyne Wellness Centre emerges as a sanctuary of tranquility, inviting residents to immerse themselves in a haven of respite from the demands of everyday life. Within it’s grounding embrace, the centre facilitates a journey towards inner peace and a temporary departure from the mundane.

At the heart of the wellness centre lie softly contoured heated pools, their soft curves reminiscent of the organic shapes found in nature providing an inviting and enveloping warmth. The centre unfolds as a symphony of spaces complete with a sauna, cold plunge pools, massage studio, pilates space and a bar, providing everything one requires to facilitate mindful living.

The interplay of glass blocks serve as a barrier, separating the outside world and providing privacy for those within. As the sun filters through, it casts gentle shadows throughout.

A carefully selected palette consisting of earthy browns, soft beiges and muted greys evokes a sense of grounding and pays a homage to natures timeless aesthetic. Grey zellige tiles cover the floor throughout speaking to permanence and durability and textured venetian plaster adorns the walls. Within the muted palette, delicate hints soft pinks and greens emerge in the form of marbles and textured upholstery.

The theme of gentle, organic forms are carried throughout in the form of arched refreshment stations, reception desks within the pilates and massage studios and a grand curved seating area taking in views of Sydney’s skyline and the wellness centre itself.
