Located on the waterfront of Wentworth Point, NSW, the Bellagio Apartments offer stunning views over the Parramatta River and expansive parks and reserves for residents to enjoy. The brief for this project was redesign a two-storey apartment located within this complex and optimise the layout to create spacious open plan living for the residents. The design has a neutral aesthetic and has a focus on custom designed elements including all custom joinery in the kitchen, master ensuite and WIR and a focal staircase.

The first floor features an open plan kitchen, living and dining which opens out to the adjoining terrace. A private study was a must for the clients and also features custom joinery and views out to the river. On the second floor of this property lies two expansive bedrooms, one fit out with an ensuite and bespoke WIR along with river views, the other - a guest bedroom - features an ensuite and custom built in wardrobes.
